Rudy Giuliani, former New York City mayor recalls the 9/11 incident and calls it "worst" and, in some ways, "greatest" day of his life.
"It was the worst foreign attack on this country since the war of 1812," Giuliani said.
Guilani compares the terrorist attack to the War of 1812 and says it was the worse since then.
He witnessed a "shocking incident" of a man jumping from 101 floor of one of the towers during the attack.
"The thing that sticks with me always is the image of the people coming in in the morning to work," Giuliani says.
The attacks, which claimed the lives of over 3,000 people, 2,750 of whom died in New York, will be remembered on Sunday.
