Lewandowski moved to third spot in all-time UCL top scorers list behind Ronaldo and Messi.
Franck Kessie opened the scoring for Barcelona, Lewandowski followed with two goals in the first half.
Lewandowski bagged his third in second half and Ferran Torres scored the fifth for Barca with a volley.
