Biden touts semiconductor plant in battleground state of Ohio

President Joe Biden flew to Ohio on Friday, where he hailed the benefits of the bipartisan Chips and Science Act, which aims to enhance domestic chipmaking and scientific research in order to reestablish America as the world's manufacturing leader.
