Donald Trump and his family has been sued by New York Attorney General in a fraud case.
Donald Trump allegedly overstated the value of his properties by billions of dollars.
James disclosed that she had sued Trump, three of his children, and two senior executives at the Trump Organization for $250 million.
James has been doing a lengthy study of Trump's assets that have been artificially overvalued or undervalued.
They include Trump's Mar-a-Lago resort in Florida, Trump Tower in New York, and the Trump International hotel in Washington, D.C.
The lawsuit has been dismissed by Trump as "another witch hunt" and he has refuted the charges.
The claims are politically driven and "meritless," according to a statement from Trump's attorney Alina Habba.
