After a patron in Pennsylvania sought his tip back, Alfredo's Pizza Cafe filed a $3,000 lawsuit against him.

A Pennsylvania pizza joint that has gained notoriety for being referenced in the popular comedy series "The Office" is suing a client for $3,000 after the client gave that sum as a tip but then requested a refund. 

According to Jacobson, the restaurant is currently suing the patron, who added that everyone "felt someone was truly trying to do a nice thing."
